Privacy Policy

1. Purpose

We use personal information only to receive and respond to quote requests and to contact you about logistics services and pricing.

2. Information we collect

• Required: company name, contact name, phone number, email
• Optional: anything you enter in the message and cargo fields (commodity, origin and destination, volume, schedule, etc.)

Our hosting provider may automatically record access logs such as IP address, access time and browser details. We do not use cookies to identify or track visitors. Visit statistics such as page views are collected without cookies and in a form that cannot identify individuals (Vercel Web Analytics).

3. Retention

Quote request information is kept for three years from the date of submission and then deleted, or earlier if you ask us to delete it, unless another law requires longer retention.

4. Deletion

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, electronic records are permanently deleted and printed copies are shredded or incinerated.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.

6. Service providers and international transfer

We use the following providers to run this website. Both are companies based outside Korea.

• Google LLC (United States) — sends and stores quote request notification emails (Gmail). Data: the information in section 2. Method: encrypted transmission when you submit the form. Retention: as in section 3
• Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosts this website, receives quote requests and processes access logs. Method: encrypted transmission when you visit the site or submit the form. Retention: quote requests are passed through, not stored; access logs per the provider’s policy

If you prefer that your information is not transferred overseas, please contact us by phone or email instead of using the online form.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by contacting the privacy officer below. Requests may also be made through a representative.

8. Security

• Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of staff
• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and the inquiry database only accepts new submissions from visitors — it cannot be read from the website
