FAQ
FAQ
What cargo can you store in the bonded warehouse?
Import cargo awaiting customs clearance, and cargo waiting for export or re-export. We confirm the commodity, packaging and storage requirements before accepting it. For dangerous goods, storage conditions vary by item, so we review the MSDS first.
How long can cargo stay in the warehouse?
Storage periods in bonded areas are set by Korean customs law and depend on the cargo and your clearance plan. Tell us how long you expect to store and we will plan around it.
How are storage fees calculated?
Fees depend on storage time, cargo volume and weight, and any handling you need, such as sorting, repacking or container stuffing. Send us the cargo details for a quote.
Can you consolidate cargo from several suppliers?
Yes. Shipments arriving separately are gathered and sorted in one place, then shipped together by air, or by sea in a container.
Can stored cargo be shipped out in parts?
Yes. We can split stored cargo into the quantities you need and re-export it. Shipment units and timing are agreed during consultation.
